I won junior Swedish Nationals, held in Västerås. My younger brother
Bilsen placed 3rd on his first show. The kid has some rearly seen
genetics. I promise you he will come very far in this sport.
In light heavy weights I finished on a controversial 4th place. I still
don´t understand how swedish judges really judge. Click here to

I finished 2nd at Swedish National Qualifiers for seniors even though I
still compete as a junior. That felt great knowing that it was my first
show against experiened bodybuilders and I felt really happy after the

After the long swedish
winter, lots of coockies and hamburgers I got very smooth and hated that
bloated look so I really looked forward to my next contest preperation,
dieting, cardio in the morning, chicken breasts, egg whites and all the
other things that a diet brings along.
